A cozy retreat with wonderful hosts

The breakfast was a highlight-cooked to order and delicious. I also appreciated the spacious and clean room. My only small suggestion would be to refresh the shower room for an even better experience.

We were there for 1 day, everything was excellent, truly enjoyed its great and fantastic location just off the fields, Great Dunmow, and the airport and main roads. The free parking was on site, excellent service.

Lovely countryside gem 🌾

Super easy vibes and a lekker brekkie with fresh bacon rolls! Plus, they really went the extra mile for me when I lost my makeup and even my engagement ring, can you believe it? Ag man, so grateful!

The shower room could use a bit of a refresh, but no big deal.

The room was spacious and cozy. It was wonderfully quiet too! I was also impressed with the info about local eateries right at my fingertips. Roger and Jane really care for their guests-saved my makeup and my ring!

I must admit, the shower could do with a bit of a facelift. I reminded me of I was in a time warp-just a bit outdated!

friendly hosts

delicious breakfast

The hosts were super friendly, and the breakfast was a real treat. We even visited a local vineyard and a historical site nearby. The location is handy, being just 8 km from the airport. Highly recommend the bacon rolls for breakfast!
